Job Description & Requirements

• Assist in the recruitment processing, Job posting, and Job application/ Renewal

• Handle all employees Performance record

• Preparation of employment contracts

• Processing worker's repatriation

• Handles and process all company Insurance (properties, vehicles & employees medical)

• Deals with Primary Care Plan (PCP) registration

• Handling Work Injury reporting to MOM and processing its insurance claims

• Handles Company Bizsafe's documentation and renewal certification

• Handles & complies to government surveys

• Liaising & corresponding with Government agencies

• Handling phone calls and ensuring telephones calls are directed accordingly to specific person/team at all times.

• Performs other ad hoc duties when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Atleast 3 years of experience

• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel

• Able to work overtime

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
