Location: One-North 
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Renewable, long-term commitment preferred)
Salary: $2,200 – $2,900/month (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or short notice preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, validate, and consolidate HR data for regular reporting and analytics

• Support annual HR budgeting exercises, including manpower planning and budget tracking

• Review and streamline monthly SLA reports and support other data/reporting needs

• Maintain and audit HR datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy

• Develop trackers and dashboards to monitor SLA performance and incident trends

• Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency

• Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, documentation, and project coordination
