We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior SD (Sales and Distribution) Lead to deliver the end-to-end Global implementation of SAP SD (OTC) solutions in S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SD module functionalities, strong client consulting skills, and a proven track record in leading global implementations and working with cross-functional teams of MM, FI, CO, PP etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP SD module implementation for all the areas of SAP SD in S4 HANA. Must be aware of differences in ECC and S4 HANA in SD.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and configure SAP SD solutions, including Order to Cash (OTC) processes, pricing, billing, and shipping.
• Integrate SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM) and third-party systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to SD Key Users and cross-functional teams.
• Drive solution design workshops and blueprinting sessions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Train key users and support end users training and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Manage data migration in SD, manage cutover activities in multiple countries.
• Resolve critical issues and provide expert-level support.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of SAP SD experience including multiple full-cycle implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of core SD functionalities: sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, delivery, and shipping.
• Experience with integrations to SAP MM, FI, and external systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes in sales and logistics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA is a must in minimum 2 implementations. Experience in migrating from ECC to S4 is an advantage
• SAP certification in SD is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience working in global delivery models.
