Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level/Senior)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our team, focusing on the EQ Datamart, a specialized solution designed to enhance reporting and analytics for the EQ Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and Python, with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions.

A solid understanding of .NET is highly advantageous.

This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can contribute to data-driven decision-making processes by delivering effective and reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Integrate data solutions with existing applications using .NET technologies (if applicable).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and workflows to maintain smooth operations.
• Use Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks to streamline processes.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases and queries to support diverse reporting and application requirements.
• Implement and maintain data quality checks to ensure high levels of data consistency and correctness.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing databases.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with .NET technologies is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
