We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of off-the-shelf software. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our application while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization's requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain software across development, staging, and production environments.
• Working with high availability and reliability requirements of the software.
• Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, and business units andproduct vendors to support deployment, integration, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Craft and maintain system documentation, including design diagrams, operating procedures,and support guides.
• Participate in incident response and problem resolution related to software systems.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related discipline
• Has at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and application middleware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
