Human ResourcesJob Responsibilities:
• Managing of Recruitment platforms, channels and development of Talent network.
• Talent Pool and Market sensing in Singapore and South-East Asia region to buildup candidate pipeline
• Marketing Sensing and benchmark within the Electronics and Semiconductors Industry
• Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and professional events.
• Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens, and potentially in-person interviews coordination with overseas stakeholders
• Managing the interview process, scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers (both locally and overseas).
Requirements:
• A Degree in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience working in Singapore.
• Good Communication skills and networking capabilities.
• Ability to converse in Korean will be an added advantage as this role requires close collaboration with different stakeholders based in Korea.
