Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Developer to join our team, specializing in Security Management Solutions using Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle applications, secure development practices, and industry regulations related to data protection and system integrity.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and support of secure business processes and technical solutions, with a specific focus on compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation within Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud applications
• Collect and document business and security requirements from stakeholders
• Lead or support implementation of CRM and CX modules with a focus on secure data handling and access control
• Conduct security patch analysis and impact assessments; recommend mitigation strategies
• Prepare comprehensive Functional and Technical Specification documents aligned with security best practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle CX Cloud and CRM EBS support related to Security Management projects
• Assist in IT audits and ensure systems comply with corporate governance and data protection policies
• Collaborate with internal security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure system resilience
• Identify areas for process and security improvement, and implement scalable solutions
• Ensure all development aligns with Oracle methodologies, company standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)

Functional Skills:

• Oracle CX Cloud (Sales, Service, Field Service) with secure configuration
• Oracle CRM EBS (CX-Services, CPQ) within controlled environments
• CRM Modules: Install Base, Depot Repair, Field Service, Mobile Field Service, Service Contracts with access control configuration.

Technical Skills:

• Oracle Reports, Discoverer Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Form Builder, JDeveloper
• Oracle Workflow Builder, PL/SQL with focus on secure coding practices
• BI/OTBI Reports, Dashboards, Infolets
• Groovy Script, Application Composer with role-based access control integration
• Familiarity with encryption standards, SSO (Single Sign-On), and identity management (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle application development with exposure to secure environments
• Solid understanding of security management principles in enterprise applications
• Experience working on systems involving sensitive data and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Oracle certifications (preferred)
