Incidents and Service Request
Incidents and service requests refers to tickets or cases that is logged by end-users through the NCS incident and service request management system. General coverage on the delivery of incidents and service request will be shown respectively under Support Hours and Location, Operation Level Objective, Support Scope, Supported Devices and Other Requirements.
Qualification of Candidate
Minimum 3 -5 years of EUCD Support, Application Packaging and ICT End User Computing.
Good Experience on VB Script and PowerShell scripting for application installation/Uninstallation and Customisation.
Good Experience on Admin Studio/Install Sheild tool.
Good Experience on MSI Installer + MST installation
Good Experience on Microsoft Intune Packaging, Deployment and troubleshooting.
Candidate with Application troubleshooting skill using logs and Event viewer
Candidate with SCCM Application troubleshooting experience.
Possess excellent communication skills to demonstrate and present the solution to the Customer, and the solution will also be made available for future troubleshooting and analysis recorded in proper documentation.
Demonstrated Basic understanding of SCCM infrastructure (site server roles, DP servers, boundaries)
Working knowledge in OSD, Software & Security Patch deployments
Knowledge in troubleshooting issues related to deployments via SCCM
Support Scope
Below mentioned are the minimum guidelines, but not limited to, on the type of supported scope and may increase over a period of time.
Repackaging the application based on project standards
Customise the application installation using VB Script and Powershell script
Troubleshooting application deployment issues.
Perform software distribution via SCCM & Microsoft In-tune to end point machines
Troubleshooting issues related Task Sequence, Software and Security Patches deployments
Supported devices
