We are looking for a skilled and motivated full-stack software developer to join our team, focusing on creating intuitive and responsive web applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic user interfaces, implementing cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Angular, Spring boot, Kafka, and other cloud-native tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-native software applications, utilizing Angular, Spring boot, Kafka, and other cloud technologies.

• Build, test, and deploy responsive web applications using Angular and other modern frameworks.

• Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures using containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift Container Platform.

• Integrate cloud services and APIs, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between frontend and backend systems.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our software development practices.

• Document software designs, development processes, and deployment procedures to ensure effective knowledge transfer and maintainable codebases.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science or a relevant discipline.

• Significant experience with Angular and TypeScript, including custom configurations and integration.

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to integrate services.

• Good knowledge of J2EE servers like Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, IBM WebSphere Application Server

• Significant experience with Angular, Spring Boot Framework, and Maven.

• Familiar with complex event processing and event-driven architecture.

• Experience in utilising open-source technologies and related configurations.

• Significant working experience working in DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube)

• Very good experience in at least one of the databases such as MySQL / Oracle / MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL
