We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead and scale our DevOps team, driving automation, reliability, and efficiency across our software delivery and infrastructure operations. This leadership role is critical to ensuring continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and high availability in our modern cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across cloud, CI/CD, and infrastructure domains
• Own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable software deployments
• Oversee infrastructure automation, including provisioning, scaling, and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of systems through effective monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices
• Champion DevSecOps principles to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to define and implement deployment strategies
• Maintain and optimize cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Establish SRE and observability best practices using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic
• Drive cost optimization, resource planning, and compliance across environments
• Lead regular post-mortems and drive action items from incidents and outages
• Maintain documentation and ensure DevOps practices meet audit and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure roles, with 2-3+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), IaC (Terraform), and config management tools (Ansible, Chef)
• Solid scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go)
• Experience managing incident response, SRE principles, and system reliability engineering
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus
• DevOps, SRE, or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Pro, CKAD, CKA, Azure DevOps Expert) are highly desirable
