Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients or internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and labor market developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Preferbly with CEI Certification
