Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients to assess legacy data and define the scope and strategy for migration.

* Guide clients through data cleansing, helping identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and obsolete records.

* Support and advise on data enrichment, transformation, and construction, including filling in missing values, standardising formats, deriving new fields, and restructuring data to meet SAP requirements.

* Support and advise on data mapping to ensure accurate alignment between legacy and SAP data structures.

* Assist clients in defining data validation rules to ensure data integrity and completeness.

* Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL and SAP tools.

* Work closely with functional teams to understand data requirements in FICO (Finance & Controlling) and MM (Materials Management).

* Execute data migration activities using Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW).

* Conduct test migrations and execute actual data loads into SAP, ensuring successful cutover and go-live readiness.

* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test data, resolving data-related issues, and assisting end users during validation.

* Document migration processes and provide post-migration support and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

* Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

* Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit or other SAP ETL tools.

* Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.

* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
