Servicing our Singapore clients and candidates across all roles, in collaboration with our Regional Director Singapore, we are re-establishing this high-performing division of our business, and are seeking a results-driven individual with exceptional interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills to continue to drive this service to our clients.

The Role:

• Interviewing, shortlisting, and building long-term relationships with our Gough clients and candidates
• Taking job briefs and negotiating fees with clients
• Business development to win new accounts & client meetings
• Working collaboratively with our Asia team
• Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive database

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in Recruitment preferably in an agency
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skills
• Articulate communication and ability to build key relationships
• A fire in the belly to be the best without losing sight of teamwork and collaboration
