Job Title: Assistant Admin & HR Officer

Administrative Duties :
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a tidy working environment.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Record income and expenses
  • Match bank statements with records
  • File business or personal tax returns
  • Submit sales tax and payroll taxes if needed

Accounting Duties:

Must be able to understand and carry out basic HR functions, including:

  1. Preparing and maintaining employee records and documentation.
  2. Assisting with recruitment activities such as posting jobs and arranging interviews.
  3. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  4. Monitoring and updating attendance, leave, and staff movement records.
  5. Helping with payroll preparation by providing necessary data (e.g., attendance, leaves).
