1,Organize the formulation of the human resources strategy and formulate corresponding human resources plans

2. The organization establishes and continuously improves the human resources management system and related management regulations.

3. Based on the enterprise development plan and the personnel needs, organize and carry out the recruitment and employment of employees properly.

4. According to the human resources development plan, be responsible for the development, recruitment and training of talents, and establish a hierarchical training management system.

5. In accordance with the company's requirements for performance management, implement performance management and supervise and control the performance evaluation process of each department.

6. Based on the enterprise's economic benefits and external environment, formulate reasonable employee compensation management methods and implementation plans.

7. Organize and handle all routine affairs related to employees, including daily attendance records, performance evaluations, job transfers, promotions, rewards and punishments, and dismissals.

8. Handle employee complaints and company labor disputes, and be responsible for resolving them promptly.

9. Establish a company human resources management information system to provide reference for major human resources management decisions of the company.

10. Plan and review the costs of human resource management.

11. Timely handle major personnel issues in the company's management process, conduct regular evaluations, and recommend outstanding talents to the leadership.

12. Be responsible for establishing smooth communication channels and effective incentive mechanisms
