Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:
Analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions to address gaps and inefficiencies.
Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules to meet specific business needs.

Project Leadership:
Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems.

Technical Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, or SAP S/4HANA.
Develop and execute data migration strategies and manage integrations with third-party systems.

Support and Optimization:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the SAP landscape.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance.

Training and Documentation:
Train end-users and key stakeholders on SAP systems and processes.
Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and system workflows.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting and implementation.
Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Skills:
Expertise in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, or SAP S/4HANA).
Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or human resources.
Proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP Fiori development is a plus.
Experience with SAP integration tools such as PI/PO or BTP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certifications in specific modules or SAP S/4HANA.

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors.
