Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Human Resource Planning
• Provide strategic direction on Human Resource matters including:
1. Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
2. Employer branding
3. Talent management
4. Succession planning
5. Manpower planning and budgeting
• Drive and implement frameworks for performance appraisal, career development, and succession planning.
2. Full Spectrum HR Management
• Oversee and manage the complete range of HR functions:
1. Recruitment and selection
2. Onboarding and orientation
3. Compensation and benefits
4. Training and development
5. Performance management
6. Offboarding and exit processes
• Review and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems to support business needs.
3. Policy Compliance and Employee Support
• Develop and maintain HR policies in accordance with MOM regulations and employment laws.
• Advise and support employees and managers by ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Foster a compliant, positive, and productive work environment.
4. Payroll & Statutory Administration
• Handle monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage CPF contributions, IR8A preparation, AIS and IR21 submissions.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with statutory requirements.
5. Recruitment Operations
• Manage the full recruitment cycle:
1. Job postings
2. Resume screening
3. Interview scheduling
4. Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Liaise with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements effectively.
6. Ad Hoc Duties
• Perform any other HR-related tasks or special projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Good knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and MOM regulations.
