Roles:

• Analyze, design, and document system architecture, interfaces, and business

logic for Java-based enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and developers to gather

and translate requirements into technical specifications.

• Lead end-to-end system analysis including impact assessment, data flow

design, and process modeling.

• Ensure system integrity, scalability, and performance through effective code

review and system optimization.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless

communication and alignment.

• Support and troubleshoot production issues, proposing long-term solutions and

enhancements.

• Guide and mentor junior developers and analysts on best practices and design

principles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Java/J2EE application development and

system analysis.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful

APIs, and Microservices architecture.

• Proficient in system design methodologies (UML, ERD, data flow diagrams) and

enterprise architecture.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

SQL performance tuning.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
