What you'll be doing

• Prepare, validate, and consolidate HR data for reporting and analytics purposes
• Support the annual HR budgeting process, including manpower planning and tracking of Individual Development Plans
• Review and streamline monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports for the HR Shared Services (GSS) team
• Organise and maintain HR datasets; conduct audit checks to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor SLA performance and incident reporting
• Support ongoing and new HR projects through data insights and coordination
• Provide logistical and administrative support for team meetings, project tracking, and documentation

What we're looking for

• Diploma level in Human Resources/ Business Analytics or related studies
• Training is provided
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools; experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Good understanding of HR processes, especially in budgeting and reporting
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
