Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• CEI certified and/or iHRP certification preferred
• Relevant working experience with in payroll processing and administration preferred
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also possessing leadership qualities to manage or guide others
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations

• Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm
• Working location: Chinatown/Outram

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments and statutory contributions (e.g., CPF, Medisave).
- Verify payroll and billing instructions; ensure timely delivery of invoices.
- Submit monthly payroll reports and statutory filings accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and issue monthly billing invoices and reconcile payments using SAP.
- Maintain and update SAP records.
- Process payments to vendors and inter-company accounts via online banking.
- Coordinate banking approvals and ensure proper documentation and timely fund transfers.
- Generate and review finance reports to support monthly financial closing.
- Lead & oversee the integration of systems
