Job description

As part of our recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit to all they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Google. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.

Additional job description

In this role, you will be a key member of a dynamic and distributed team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for technical roles across APAC. You will work closely with the Team, Hiring Managers, and People Operations (POps) cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless experience, while contributing to the team's overall goals.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified applicants.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing applicants.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage passive applicants.
  • Work with the team to develop robust and overall pipe-lining strategies that also consider long-term engagement plans.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, either in a technology or cloud environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting for technical roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to engage passive applicants.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and cloud computing.
