Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile applications, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Advocate for the user by championing accessibility, usability, and interaction best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging fintech design patterns
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design and complex systems
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar
• Solid grasp of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and accessibility standards
• Ability to balance business objectives with user needs and technical feasibility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
