Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect data, build AI models, deploy them to production, and maintain their performance to meet the business needs in Anacle's product suite and client projects
• Design and implement AI-driven reporting and analytics tools that integrate multiple data sources to generate actionable business insights
• Build AI-enhanced modules and features that extend the functionality of Anacle's product suite and client projects
• Identify and resolve issues promptly in the production environment
• Write and maintain clear documentation for technical teams and end-users
• Work with fellow software engineers to coordinate the development effort and ensure overall consistency in the coding and the interfacing between various components and sub-systems to achieve a full-functioning solution
• Address user issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Provide guidance to software engineers and consultants on AI/ML concepts and implementation
• Work with consultants to craft user stories, assess feasibility and build a demo showcase
• Work with consultants and senior engineers to develop test scenarios to ensure full functionality of the system before the user acceptance test
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills and Experience

• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate, or up to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good understanding of SQL to extract, transform and analyse data within the database.
• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn for traditional machine learning algorithms.
• Familiar with deep learning concepts and practical experience in either Pytorch or Tensorflow
• Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms and C# is a plus, or willingness to learn these technologies
• Good problem solving, logical reasoning, planning and time management skills
• Effective communication and technical writing skills
• Strong interest in AI, software engineering and security
• Willingness to learn on the job, and constantly eager to learn new skills on one's own
• Ability to work well in teams and also independently in a fast-paced environment
