Human ResourcesWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be a key part of our recruitment efforts, responsible for sourcing and identifying talented individuals who can help us meet our hiring targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and data mining.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to understand candidates needs, role requirements and team dynamics
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portal and social media.
- Review resumes, screen and engage with potential candidates, ensure a good match of qualify candidates to match the positions needed
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : posting jobs, facilitating hiring manager interviews, coordinating and onboarding
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring practices and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach strategies.
- Provide regular, timely reports on sourcing activity and results, ensuring alignment with hiring targets.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Qualifications :
- Preferred Singaporean and Permanent work rights with no restrictions
- Required to speak fluent English and mandarin
- Local Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
