We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for Sales and Business Development (BD) roles. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience and a solid understanding of talent dynamics within the blockchain or financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales, business development, and other commercial roles across multiple geographies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various channels to source and engage high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines using internal tools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor intelligence to attract top talent.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Sales and BD roles.
- Prior experience in blockchain, fintech, or financial services industries is highly preferred.
- Must be fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors across regions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Regional hiring experience in APAC or global markets.
- Understanding of Web3 and emerging technologies.
- Experience working in a startup or scaling environment.
