HR Admin Assistant / Account Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

. Responsible for requirements for HR (work permit renewal, PPE issuance, staff training. Recording of overtime/work hours etc)

Supports daily operations, including data entry, scanning, copying etc.

Prefer applicants with ability to speak Mandarin.

• Any other tasks or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Work location: Bukit Batok Crescent

Work hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri), 8am to 12pm (Alternate Sat)

Part time is available at 8am to 1pm, Mon to Fri.
