Human ResourcesJOB SUMMARY
This role is part of YMCA's Human Resources (HR) department and will be responsible in providing
administrative and coordination support to the HR Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Employee Data Entries into Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and upkeep of data accuracy.
• P-File Management in HRIS.
• Prepare documents such as employee reports, attrition reports, leave reports, new hire post, birthday post, etc.
• Participate in MOM and other market surveys.
• Provide employee list for Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Insurance, etc.
• Backup payroll and coordinate payroll matters.
• Support HRIS for all HR modules.
• Perform any other HR administration tasks as required such as order pantry supplies, distribution of letters, processing employees' name cards, invoices, stationery, etc.
• Any other tasks or projects assigned by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Possess a Diploma in fields related to Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
• Proficient in MS Office with basic skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Professional bearing and good command of spoken and written English.
• Resourceful and able to work as a team
• Have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• A team player, self-motivated, independent, positive personality and can-do/ willing-to-learn attitude, meticulous and detail-oriented.
