• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder
• Experience in 360 recruitment, preferably from Executive Search background.
• Passionate about recruitment/ business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player and people management skills
• Sales/ target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure.
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Desire to self-learning, improvement and career growth
