Junior Developer - App & Website (Low-Code Focused)

About the Role

We're building a new digital product in the wellness/tech space and are looking for a motivated junior developer to join us at the earliest stage. You'll be our first technical hire, responsible for both front-end UI design and development across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. We're starting with low-code tools, and you'll have the freedom to propose the tech stack and help shape how we build.

This is a unique opportunity to work end-to-end on a product with AI features, payment systems, user accounts, and data-saving capabilities, with a lot of ownership and learning along the way.

What You'll Do
• Build the MVP app and website using a low-code platform (e.g., FlutterFlow, Webflow, Bubble, Adalo)
• Design intuitive UI/UX flows using tools like Figma or native low-code design editors
• Implement user authentication, login flows, and permissions
• Integrate payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal)
• Integrate external APIs, including AI-based APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar)
• Define and build the data model and workflows for saving and retrieving user plans
• Work independently and iterate based on feedback and evolving requirements

What You'll Need
• Some experience with low-code or no-code platforms
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Basic backend or workflow design using tools like Xano, Firebase, or Airtable
• Knowledge of API integration (RESTful APIs, OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)
• A portfolio, GitHub, or demo projects that show your end-to-end capability
• An eye for clean, functional design and a user-first mindset
• Self-starter attitude - comfortable taking initiative with limited direction

Bonus Points
• Experience launching an app to App Store or Play Store
• Familiarity with analytics or user behavior tracking
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or startup culture
