To provide efficient administrative and HR support in alignment with the company's policies and procedures, while fostering staff engagement across all levels. This role contributes directly to the successful implementation of the company's strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver general administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and records management.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and relay messages as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, maintenance, and renewal of office services and supplies, including water dispensers, floor mats, indoor plants, cleaning services, and staff transport.
- Manage the monthly distribution of food vouchers to eligible employees.
- Monitor and restock pantry and office stationery supplies regularly.
- Assist in monthly payroll processes, including attendance verification and overtime calculation.
- Support the coordination and administration of employee training programs (sourcing, enrollment, and tracking).
- Handle administrative procedures related to work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with vendors regarding dormitory accommodations and maintenance.
- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and company events.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally in a dynamic or fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
