Role: WordPress Data Entry Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Content Upload & Formatting
    Add posts, pages, products (for WooCommerce), or custom post types.
    Format text (headings, lists, bold/italic) using the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg), Classic Editor, or page builders (Elementor, Divi).
    Insert and optimize images (resizing, alt text, captions).
  2. Data Organization
    Assign categories, tags, and taxonomies.
    Update menus, widgets, and navigation.
    Manage media library (upload, rename, delete unused files).
  3. SEO & Metadata
    Input meta titles, descriptions, and keywords (if following SEO guidelines).
    Add schema markup if required.
  4. Plugin & Form Management
    Input data into plugins (e.g., event calendars, directories, contact forms).
    Update tables (using TablePress or similar).
  5. Quality Control
    Check for broken links, typos, and formatting consistency.
    Ensure mobile responsiveness.
