Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluationsand feedback sessions.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize HR files and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.


Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
