Requirements
- Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Maintain and contribute to Augmentus' internal Design System and UI component library
- Collaborate with managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Carry out user research and usability studies to deeply understand user behavior, pain points, and improve workflows
- Prepare the required design documentation for handoff to developers
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (Experience designing for 3D interfaces, Robotics, or Industrial software platforms is a plus)
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, or similar
- Working knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices
- Hands-on experience with design systems and component-based design
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an agile development process
