Requirements
- Work closely with Business Managers to understand their needs and job requirements
- You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various departments, You will utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates, for specific and future potential roles, utilizing market knowledge, head hunting, referrals and networking
- Continuously explore new recruiting channels including job boards, social and professional networking sites, universities partnerships and forums to assist in growing candidate pools
- Manage the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding process
- Research and recommend appropriate and viable compensation levels and packages based on job market standards
Requirements
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract passive candidates.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
