Job Responsibilities:

• Process applications for candidates applying as Representatives, ensuring completion of due diligence and Fit and Proper certification under the RNF framework.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Agency Leaders, Candidates, Vendors) to perform verifications and checks.

• Submit Representative appointments in designated systems, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

• Identify and recommend process improvements through automation, digitalization, or system enhancements.

• Completing of weekly and monthly reports

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
