Job Description
• Facilitate the on-boarding/off-boarding process by preparing the letter of appointment/end of employment
letter, work pass application/termination, and coordinate with the respective departments;
• Collect and compile all necessary documents to create workers' profile / P-file;
• Monitor and coordinate work passes renewal and its related administration;
• Assist in drive employee engagement by collating data and workers' feedbacks pertaining to work environment,
remunerations and job fit;
• Involve in the implementation of HR processes such as manpower planning, recruitment, compliance with local
legislation and labour laws;
• Handling and supporting additional projects as needed
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding/offboarding, new-hire orientations, including data entry in human
resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
• Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees on employee-related matters.
• Manage daily leave & attendance via payboy software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application,
certificate collection & approval and daily employee's attendance.
• Prepare employment contract, confirmation letter, increment, promotion and HR related letters.
• Assist in performance review process & administer performance appraisal.
Job Requirement
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
• 2 years' experience as a HR Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Competent in MS Office
