• Dynamic Recruitment Consultant who excels in managing client accounts and sourcing high-quality candidates
• Trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring hiring needs are met with precision and speed
• Continuously build a strong candidate pipeline

Job Scope:

• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions suitable for clients’ companies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture.
• Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media channels.
• Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
• Prepare and edit resumes of suitable applicants, and forward to clients.
• Organize interviews for the candidate as requested through arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates.
• Any ad hoc administration duties.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Minimum diploma or degree graduate
• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
