Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Developer with extensive experience in spatial data migration and leading Esri product upgrade projects. This role is pivotal in supporting large-scale GIS transformations and spatial database initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in Esri ArcGIS platform, spatial database design, and geoprocessing services development, playing a key role in evolving our GIS landscape. Key Responsibilities

Act as the GIS subject matter expert, setting the direction and vision for GIS practices across the organization.

Lead Esri product upgrade initiatives and manage spatial data migration efforts.

Design and develop scalable spatial databases and maintain strong spatial data integrity.

Develop and maintain Esri ArcGIS Server services, geoprocessing services, and high-quality cartographic outputs.

Design and implement solutions using ASP.NET MVC, C#.NET, MSSQL, Web services, Windows services, and MVC Web API.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into GIS solutions.

Utilize strong PL/SQL and SQL skills for querying and managing Oracle-based spatial databases.

Engage in daily client interactions, demonstrating excellent communication and business analysis skills.

Administer and optimize enterprise geodatabases, including multiuser editing and ArcSDE configuration.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

Extensive experience with ArcGIS Server on the .NET Framework.

Strong development skills in ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL, MVC Web API.

Deep understanding of spatial database design, geodatabases, RDBMS, and ArcSDE Administration.

Good knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, and spatial querying techniques.

Strong client-facing communication and business analysis capabilities.

Proven track record in Esri upgrades, GIS architecture planning, and data migration.
