Responsibilities

1. Provide technical, tender pre-qualification & commercial supports to sales team.
2. Provides technical and commercial supports to customers and insures maximum service is provided in all customers' contacts and communications.
3. Coordinates with company's business units on technical and commercial issues, work closely on quotation strategy.
4. Technical order administration.
5. Utilises all the communication devices to provide engineering information, in support of WEG product quotation, to existing and potential customers.
6. Coordinates with WEG Authorised Service Centers in providing technical support to Distributors and Customers.
7. Attend to all Distributors', OEM's and Customers' technical inquiries on all WEG products.
8. Liaises with WEG Authorised Service Centers on all aspects of motor repairs including warranties and service reports in the territories.
9. Perform other administration / assignments which management may assign from time to time.

Requirements & Preference

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin at a business level is essential for liaising with ASEAN customers
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic Knowledge of Electric Motors is an advantage.
