About the role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (public edition) implementations, a solid understanding of SAP Best Practices, and a passion for delivering value-driven ERP solutions in a cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects across functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Manufacturing.
• Leverage SAP Activate methodology for cloud deployments, including fit-to-standard analysis, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP Best Practices.
• Ensure system integrity and data consistency through structured testing, quality assurance, and change control processes.
• Provide expert-level support and continuous improvement recommendations post-go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integration partners to ensure seamless connectivity with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, including at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices and SAP Activate methodology.
• Familiarity with In-App Extensibility and BTP-based extensions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) certification.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs) and data migration tools (LTMC, Migrate Your Data app).
• Industry-specific experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or professional services.
