Job Description
Human Resources (Core Role)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of staff in Singapore and Malaysia, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and proactively source candidates.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies and headhunters to fill mid-to-senior management positions, in coordination with the CEO.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with local labor laws.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and staff.
• Manage payroll input, leave, and attendance records in collaboration with finance/payroll service providers.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and support training & development planning.
Administration
• Supervise general office administration, including office supplies, maintenance, filing systems, and service providers.
• Support documentation and coordination for work passes, insurance, and staff welfare matters.
Customer & Visitor Hospitality
• Host and coordinate client visits and VIP delegations, ensuring a professional and warm experience.
• Liaise with internal departments to prepare meeting rooms, presentations, refreshments, and logistics.
• Occasionally accompany CEO or senior management during key customer or supplier visits to ensure smooth interaction and follow-up.
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including management-level hiring.
• Strong communication skills
• Liase with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across countries.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
