Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee records maintenance, and attendance tracking
  • Help manage employee queries and coordinate engagement initiatives
  • Maintain and organize office administration tasks such as procurement, filing, and facility management
  • Provide basic executive assistance to the management team including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
  • Prepare HR and admin reports and documentation as required

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Manadarin is a plus
