Requirements:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee records maintenance, and attendance tracking
- Help manage employee queries and coordinate engagement initiatives
- Maintain and organize office administration tasks such as procurement, filing, and facility management
- Provide basic executive assistance to the management team including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
- Prepare HR and admin reports and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Manadarin is a plus
