Job Responsibilities:
HR & Payroll Support
- Schedule interviews and assist hiring managers
- Track staff attendance, leave, and medical leave records
- Calculate sales commissions
- Handle payroll, work pass applications, CPF, and tax submissions
- Conduct onboarding/offboarding and prepare HR documents
- Support yearly employee performance appraisals
Administrative & Customer Support
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback efficiently
- Liaise with service centre and finance team on customer/payment matters
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage office correspondence
- Prepare and input invoices, POs, DOs, service orders, and quotations
Purchasing & Inventory
- Manage full purchasing cycle: sourcing, negotiation, issuing POs, goods receipt
- Source for competitive suppliers and maintain vendor relationships
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records
Sales & Finance Coordination
- Coordinate with sales team and prepare daily/monthly sales reports
- Generate monthly statements of account
- Conduct audit checks on finance documents
- Resolve client payment disputes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin, HR, or relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
