Human ResourcesWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling for Asia Pacific management entity (APAC ME). This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the compensation and benefits programs across multiple markets in the Asia Pacific ME.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and support the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent across the Asia Pacific region.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits programs. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting compensation and benefits.
- Rewards Processes: Oversee the design and administration of standard compensation and benefits processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and budgeting. Ensure these processes are fair, equitable, and aligned with the company's performance management system.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget including workforce / headcount management, labor cost modelling & forecasting for the region. Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local laws and regulations in each market. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, senior executives, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
- Employee Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure employees understand and appreciate the value of their compensation and benefits packages.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a remote team of 4 direct reports and demonstrate high influencing skills to lead the APAC ME.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in compensation and benefits programs and processes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple markets in the Asia Pacific region (covering Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australasia, New Zealand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar).
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulatory requirements in the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
