About:

Join our client's HR team and help shape strategies that support the organisation's growth and the transformation of the healthcare sector. We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can work closely with business leaders to drive impactful people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR advice to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR teams (L&D, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services) to improve policies, processes, and programmes.
  • Lead efforts to enhance HR operational efficiency and standard procedures.
  • Support and deliver key HR initiatives, annual cycles, and projects.
  • Handle complex employee relations and performance matters.
  • Lead and develop HR Associates/Seniors, ensuring consistent and compliant HR service delivery.
  • Act as a people manager, coaching and providing performance feedback to HR team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field.
  • IHRP-SP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR business partnering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
