About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and help deliver customer value with Salesforce as the core platform. You'll work closely with the team to develop, configure, and improve solutions, ensuring they meet both technical standards and business needs.

This role will require hands-on development with Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to deliver Salesforce-based solutions that provide real value to customers.
• Own technical work items, develop new features, and ensure they meet functional requirements.
• Suggest alternative technical solutions when necessary, drawing on past experience.
• Build automation using Apex, and develop custom user interfaces with LWC, OmniScript, and OmniStudio.
• Configure and use Salesforce automation tools to support custom development.
• Follow established technical governance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Ensure the quality and performance of development work through thorough testing and debugging.
• Contribute to project documentation, such as technical specifications.
• Actively participate throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential development and technical risks early, propose mitigation plans, and raise issues to the team.
• Support bug fixes and assist with issue resolution promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Certified in Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator.
• Additional certifications such as OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or other Salesforce Consultant certifications are a plus.
• Good understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge or experience working in the public sector is an advantage
• Experience with CI/CD tools, release management, and integration is a plus.
• Strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Singapore.
