What You'll Do

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: source, screen, interview & place candidates
• Work closely with clients to deliver tailored hiring solutions
• Craft job ads & manage postings on platforms
• Coordinate interviews & manage records in ATS/CRM
• Ensure compliance with MOM & TAFEP guidelines
• Stay updated on market trends, salaries & policies

✅ What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field
• No experience? That's okay-we train!
• Strong communication & people skills
• Proactive, organized & self-driven
• Comfortable with MS Office & digital recruitment tools
