Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize SAP solutions tailored to business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation: Plan, design, and implement SAP solutions to meet client or organizational needs.

Module Expertise: Configure and customize SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) based on business processes.

System Integration: Integrate SAP solutions with third-party systems and other enterprise applications.

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP systems to ensure smooth operations.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams for SAP systems.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP applications.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and maintain proper documentation for SAP systems and processes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant.

Proven expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).

Technical Skills

SAP Modules

Deep understanding of SAP modules:

FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)

MM (Materials Management)

SD (Sales and Distribution)

PP (Production Planning)

HCM (Human Capital Management)

ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)

Tools & Platforms

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration.

Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BW/BI, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools like SAP PI/PO, IDocs, and RFCs.

Cloud & Automation

Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and cloud deployment options (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation.

Database & Reporting

Knowledge of SAP HANA, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.

Expertise in reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Lumira.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Project management capabilities to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Certifications (Preferred)

SAP Certified Development Associate (specific module certifications).

SAP S/4HANA Certification.

PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
