about the Job
We are looking for a Software Consultant to join our client's tech team. You will configure and troubleshoot middleware technologies such as WebSphere, JBoss EAP, WebLogic, and NGINX. Your responsibilities will include implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git, as well as automating business processes with IBM Datacap, IBM FileNet, and UiPath. You will also contribute to frontend development using React, Angular, and JavaScript, while optimizing system performance and ensuring high availability.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting WebSphere, JBoss EAP, WebLogic, RedHat JWS, and NGINX.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git for cloud automation and DevOps solutions.
• Expertise in Datacap, FileNet, and RPA (UiPath) for automating document workflows.
• Strong experience with React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks like Kendo UI and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing Oracle, DB2, and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Strong knowledge in optimizing the performance of application and web servers.
• Solid experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies across all SDLC stages.
• Proficient in using tools like Chef and Ansible to ensure high-availability systems and business continuity.
• Strong ability to create technical specifications and effectively manage client communications for customized solutions.
