Position Title: Recruitment Consultant

• Working Day: Monday - Friday
• Working Location: Shenton House (Near Shenton Way / Downtown MRT)
• Salary: $2,850 + Commission

• Possess Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Willing to take CEI Course & Exam
• Mentorship Program & Training Provided

Responsibilities:

• Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
• Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients' needs and requirements
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
• Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates
• Other administrative duties
